Solution Dear Catarina,

Many thanks for your recent order with Medisave. I apologize for the marking on your stethoscope, have you tried warm soapy water to try and remove the marks? If this does not work then we would need to receive the stethoscope back here to be able to change it for you, we would be able to refund your postage costs of the return. If you could let us know how you would like to proceed that would be much appreciated.
